Starting off with new projects...

Okay.

So I made this blog... how long ago? I'm not even sure anymore. And I'm just NOW getting to posting into it.

Well, things have been busy. That's my story and I'm stickin' to it!

I suppose I'll start off with a little bit about myself.

I'm 26 years old, blood type O. I'm a wife and mother of one, I never made it to University (I keep telling myself, one day... sigh) and I work at a Fabric and Craft store. My life is actually pretty interesting, even though that description right there seems very domestic.

I've been an Anime and Gamer nerd girl for as long as I can remember; I doodle silly pictures for stories I come up with, I sew when I get the chance, and oh yeah, I pretend to take my clothes off on stage.

That's right, I do Burlesque... sort of. I mainly do fan dances and give the illusion that I'm naked. Because I'm incredibly self-concious, but I do love being on stage and am quite the camera ham. I recently started World Fusion belly dance with my best friend/sister and am LOVING IT.

My favorite video game series is Final Fantasy VII, hence why Sephiroth is my blog mascot :P I always have him in the same room as I sew, something of a "Get to work!" totem or something like that.

So... that's me in a nut shell (kinda), so now on to my first project!

For the longest time, I've been yapping about how I wanted to make a SOLDIER (from FFVII) corset... and I've officially started it! Yay!

Using black upholstery vinyl, I've begun to create the simple prototype. Love!
